We work with clients in our Napier, Hastings, Central Hawke’s Bay and Wairoa spaces. We have qualified and experienced Counsellors and Psychologists who can assist you with all kinds of issues. Our qualifications are in Psychology, Counselling and Psychotherapy. Each professional is registered with their Professional Association. Each therapist also has their own areas of special interest and particular training, education and expertise. This is a private, confidential service.

Sessions are by appointment only; please be aware there may be a wait time for your counselling appointment as we experience a high demand for this service. Having flexibility around your appointment day and time will help us get you in for the earliest possible appointment. We do not currently offer appointments after 4.30pm or on weekends.

If Cyclone Gabrielle has caused or worsened ongoing stress for you, we can offer this service free of charge.  If you don’t qualify for this free counselling but still need assistance with funding, we may be able to help.  For those paying privately for counselling, our rates are $115 per session for individuals and $140 for couple and family sessions.
