My baby isn’t due till early March sometime depending on when she decides to show. Would this still be worth coming along to i see the next one after feb isn’t until October.. however having a new baby and doing this might be abit much but if you could let me know that would be good. It would be good to do a postnatal adjustment as im a first time mum, i have in the past been in a mild antidepressants actually before i was pregnant before i just stopped all together for baby and im fine but i just want to make sure after birth I will be ok and know im doing something to help myself, and dad’s adjustment as well.
